Hon. Colonial Secretary,

The existing buildings were lately valued by this Department at 89,594 and are let on lease until July, 1919 (I understand at $90 per month). The value of the build- -inge has been taken into account in the negotiations. Under the lease conditions lot 97 has a frontage to public streets on three sides and I do not think Mossra. Ahwee à Co. will accept less than is now offered.
